自动补水法预防井筒破裂工程效果分析

Engineering Analysis of Automatic Grouting to Prevent the Damage of Mine Shaft

摘要:

为了预防立井井筒发生破裂并避免传统治理方法的缺点,根据井筒破坏机理,以及东滩煤矿地层结构特征,提出了通过上组含水层补充中下组含水层预防井筒破裂的自动补水法,并建立了一套完善的监控工程体系。通过对东滩煤矿西风井进行预防治理,并对补水前后含水层水位、地层内部变形和井壁稳定状态等进行监测分析,结果表明自动补水法可以有效解决含水层水位不断下降的问题,改善松散层的受压状态,实现对井壁破裂的预防和治理。

Abstract:

In order to prevent shaft from damaging in Dongtan Mine and better the traditional methods of curing the shaft, a new method that water from the upper aquifer could be injected to the middle and the bottom aquifer to prevent the shaft from damaging was proposed. Also a comprehensive system of monitoring project was eastablished.This method is based on the shaft damage mechanism and the stratigraphic characteristics of Dongtan Mine. Through the engineering analysis of some factors such as the water level of aquifer,the inner deform of stratum and the steady state of shaft lining,we can indicate that the method of automatic Grouting can effectively resolve the problem that water levels continue to decline. It also can improve the compressed state of loose layer as well as prevent rupture of the wellbore. These results can be a proof for the Huang-Huai region with similar conditions to prevent the shaft from damaging.
